Need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand life gets busy and plans might change. We ask that you give us 24 hrs' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so that we can fill your spot with someone who may be on our waiting list. For 2 or more, we require 48 hrs' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

* Our booking system will not let you cancel with less than the required notice. Please contact us ASAP. We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the price. We will deal with this on a case-by-case basis. A no-show will be required to pay in advance should notice not be given.

In what situation will I not be permitted to float?

We will not allow you to float if you:

Have infectious skin or respiratory disorders
Have open wounds or recent tattoos
Have incontinence
Have uncontrolled epilepsy or serious mental conditions
Are a high-risk pregnancy
Have coloured or permed your hair within 7 days
Are under the influence of ANY DRUGS OR ALCOHOL.

These restrictions are for your own safety and the safety of other floaters!

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
