NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

At ZERO BODY Mind & Body Wellness, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional services and respecting everyone's valuable time. To ensure that our appointments run smoothly and efficiently, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Booking and Reminders:

• For all new and pre-existing bookings, we now require a valid credit card on file to secure your appointment.
• To help you remember your appointments and avoid cancellation fees, we will send you a text and email reminder 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations:

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 100% charge of the service to the credit card on file.

3. No-Shows and Late Cancellations:

• Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the booked service to the credit card on file.
• This policy also applies if you choose to remove a service at the time of your appointment, as we allocate specific time slots for each service.
